Effective Date: August 8th, 2026 Chris Caldwell Coaching ("I," "me," "my") operates chriscaldwellcoaching.com (the "Site") and provides coaching services. This Privacy Policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and the choices you have.

  • Name, email address, and phone number (via contact forms, booking forms, or email)

  • Information shared during discovery calls or coaching sessions

  • Payment information when you book a session (processed by my payment processor — see Section 4)

  • Standard website analytics (pages visited, browser type, general location) via Squarespace's built-in analytics and cookies

I do not collect sensitive personal information (health records, financial account details, etc.) beyond what you voluntarily choose to share in the course of coaching conversations.

2. How I Use Your Information

I use the information I collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule sessions

  • Deliver coaching services

  • Process payments

  • Send you scheduling confirmations, reminders, or (only if you opt in) occasional updates about my coaching practice

  • Improve the Site and understand how visitors use it

I do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Confidentiality of Coaching Conversations

What you share with me during coaching sessions is treated as confidential, consistent with the ICF Code of Ethics. I will not disclose the content of our conversations to anyone without your consent, except:

  • Where required by law

  • Where I believe there is a risk of serious harm to you or another person

  • As otherwise required by professional or ethical obligations

4. Third-Party Services

I use trusted third-party providers to run my business, including:

  • Squarespace — website hosting, booking, and payment processing

  • Google Suite of Services

  • Stripe Payment Processing

These providers may process your information on servers located outside Canada (including the United States). By using the Site or booking a session, you consent to this transfer and processing.

5. Cookies

The Site uses cookies through Squarespace to support basic functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some Site features.

6. Data Retention

I retain your information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal or tax obligations, and maintain business records — typically no longer than 3 years after our coaching relationship ends, unless you request earlier deletion.

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your information, subject to legal or record-keeping requirements
