Life coaching for people who want more.
More growth. More Connection. More Clarity. More Life.
Everyone’s Carrying Something.
It’s that thing on your mind at 1 am, that sentence that you’ve rehearsed but never say, that version of you that you thought you’d be by now…
It’s the career pivot, the relationship, or the person you’re trying to become…
What if you didn’t have to carry it alone?
My mission is to help you embody a sense of belonging, connection, and purpose, while empowering you to take ownership of your story.
Nice to “meet” you
My name is Chris.
I've been on a path of self-development for years.
It wasn't a straight line. Like, at all.
It was curvy. The pavement was cracked. I hit speed bumps, and toppled into ditches that led to rock bottoms. Despite the struggles, I carried on — dedicated to being a good dad while building a career in sales and marketing.
Sometimes in life, I caught myself chasing the wrong things, but I was stubborn and committed to “figuring it out”.
I read countless books on behavior and psychology, self-help, and philosophy. But it was the inner work that changed me - understanding my values, sticking to them, and building real connection with the people around me.
The self-development industry had been calling me for years. And then…. I finally listened. Working with my own coach taught me something I couldn't have learned from a book:
We move light-years faster together than we ever do alone.
People are people. We all have goals and aspirations. We have struggles, setbacks, and self doubt.
Whether you're an executive, a stay-at-home parent, an athlete, a creative, or something else entirely — if you are where you are, and you want to grow, change, and overcome, having a Life Coach can be a rewarding adventure that helps you climb life’s tallest mountains.
What You can count on
What people are Saying
"Chris is a thoughtful, honest, and grounded coach who creates a safe, non-judgemental space for exploration. His questions are intentional and insightful, often helping me gain clarity in areas where I felt stuck or uncertain.
He is fully present in sessions, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about his clients and their progress. Chris brings a strong sense of curiosity and encouragement to his coaching, and he’s deeply committed to supporting others in recognizing their strengths and moving toward their goals.”
Jillian Best, Founder of Move For Life Foundation, Transplant Survivor, Marathon Swimmer
"Prior to working with Chris, I wasn’t fully sure how a coach would be able to show up in an already busy and fast-paced life. His ability to create a space that allows me to slow down, explore the sides of me that felt misaligned, find meaning in the challenges I face, and, most importantly, discover the small but powerful steps I can take to get from where I am to where I want to be, has been nothing short of invaluable.
His ability to be both present and grounded, while challenging potential limitations, is a space that has helped me move from stuck to becoming.
A coaching style that every emerging leader or individual ready to make change can benefit from.”
Hanna Hall, Founder of Motion Coaching, Director of Development at Lay-Up Youth Basketball, Former Canadian National Team athlete

-
People often compare the different segments of our lives to seasons, chapters, or tides.
Sometimes there’s a lot of change on the outside (relationships ending, career shifts, or loved one’s passing.) Other times, we feel our inner world’s shift as we become someone new. Often, we can feel those shifts coming but may not quite have the words to describe it.
If you’re at a crossroads in life and want to take an active role in navigating those shifts and changes - We can work together to determine what version of you needs to show up, and what actions you’re going to take so that you can make the best of who you’re going to be tomorrow.
Life is going to give us difficult moments - but we’re more than capable of not only surviving those moments, but thriving.
-
That feeling; the same thoughts, the same routine, on repeat.
It’s the internal dialogue that you have with yourself over and over again, and you keep hovering around the fact that you want something different, but nothing’s moving.
No amount of ruminating, planning, or watching YouTube videos about what you should do seems to help.
Feeling stuck is often a sign that you’re right on the edge of something - you just haven’t articulated what that something is.
We don’t know what we don’t know… Except, sometimes we do - we just need the space to explore our thoughts.
If you’ve ever found yourself banging your head against the wall, unsure of what you need to do next, only to have a conversation with someone when suddenly the light bulb goes off and you discover that you had the answer all along.
You might just be in the early stages of a transformation.
-
You know what you want to do. You've probably known for a while. But somewhere between knowing and doing, doubt gets loud enough to get in the way and bring any progress to a halt.
It may show up as second-guessing, rehearsing, or just waiting for permission; the green light to show up the way you want to. From the outside, you might even look confident to other people, but the inner critic just keeps chopping you down.
Confidence isn't something you wait to feel before you act. It's something you build by acting, in small, real ways - until the doubt gets quieter than the doing.
-
Somewhere along the way, you started answering to a version of yourself that isn't quite you anymore - be it a role or a title, a set of expectations you that were chosen for you.
You're still doing the things you're “supposed to do”… But, you’ve lost touch with the part of you that feels real.
-
New title, new team… and more responsibility. You're figuring it all out in real time, usually while trying to look like you already have it figured out. New positions often don’t come with an owner’s manual, and at this level - onboarding isn’t always clear.
Growing into a role isn't about having all the answers on day one. It's about learning to lead, trusting yourself, having a strong support structure, and being intentional about how you choose to show up.
-
The same conversation keeps happening, just with different words.
It could be partner, a friend, a colleague and you're not entirely sure if it's what you're saying, how you're saying it, or something underneath that hasn't been said at all. It's exhausting to care this much and still feel unheard.
Most relationship struggles aren't about who's right. They're about repeating the same patterns
Coaching won't fix the other person. It'll help you understand your own patterns so the conversation finally changes.
-
Who you are trying to become doesn’t match who you are, and you’re looking to change.
Old patterns don't break just because you see them. They break when you build something new strong enough to replace them… on purpose, with support, one repetition at a time.
-
There's a voice that shows up right when it matters most — before the decision, before the leap, before you say the thing you actually mean. It tells you to wait, to double-check, to shrink a little, just in case. You've gotten good at working around it. You haven't gotten free of it.
Self-doubt isn't proof that you're not capable. It's usually just proof that you're standing at the edge of something that actually matters to you.
Coaching won't silence the doubt completely. It'll help you stop letting it drive.

These days, there's a significant amount of research and scientifically backed proof on how a coach can help achieve your goals and develop a meaningful and purposeful live.
You can think of me as a partner for your personal development.
I'm here to give you the space to explore and discover, helping you to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. Together, we'll build a space where can hone in on the areas of your life that you want to improve, and than take actions that will bring you joy and fulfillment. -
If you're feeling stuck, or your future feels cloudy, or you're just not sure of the next steps that you want to make - Life Coaching gives the space to talk through the different areas of your life in a way that brings clarity and perspective.
There's no one size-fits-all for everyone, so I invite you to take me up on my free Discovery Call. It's just a one on one conversation where we discover if Life Coaching with me is a good fit. -
I’ve spent years in senior leadership and people management roles, navigating complex organizational challenges.
Regardless of title, my true passion has always been personal development and human potential.
I am a certified Life Coach through Canada Coach Academy, and am currently pursuing my ACC credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), ensuring my approach and real-world experience is backed by the industry's highest ethical and evidence-based standards.
I combine "real-world" leadership and communication experience with my intuitive ability to help you organize your thoughts and take your next big step (or steps) with confidence. -
Every session is different, but we'll usually start by determining what's on your mind, what goals you may be working towards, or what obstacles your facing.
In some cases, you may not know what you don't know - In which case you're more than welcome to use this time to openly talk through your thoughts until we find something to work on.
Based on our conversation, the goal is to walk away with clarity, insight, and actionable steps to take away until our next meeting. -
Life Coaching is a professionally structured, one-way partnership designed to help you gain new perspective, and take actionable steps toward your goals and your potential.
Friends and family are great, but those conversations typically lack structure, come with past emotional baggage and bias, and are (rightfully so) reciprocal in nature.
With a good coach, you have all of the space to show up as you are, with the focus being on YOU. -
Absolutely!
You may not be sure what you want to focus on - I'll be more than happy to use my professional expertise to partner with you so that we can discover what it is that you want.
Perhaps you haven't thought about it, or maybe you have too many ideas. One benefit of coaching is having the safe space to explore and articulate your thoughts so that you can find a sense of clarity.
